1) Machine Operator

Job Description:

Production of quality products as per customer requirements. Achieve set daily targets. Carry out instructions from the Superior.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience

 

2) Receptionist

Job Description:

Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Schedule and control boardroom bookings.
File and maintain records
Assist HR department with administration.
Arrange refreshments or catering for meetings/guests or events.
Assist with travel arrangements
Assist with arranging courier parcels
Other adhoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Person with a physical disability
  • Grade 12
  • 5 Years experience in managing frontline position
  • Computer literate
  • Able to multi-task
  • Good communication skills

 

3) Call Centre Agent

Job Description:

To provide professional and efficient support to all members and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Person with a disability
  • Grade 12
  • Be able to fluently speak Sotho, Tswana and English
  • Experienced telephone technique
  • A working knowledge of medical aids & benefits
  • Computer literacy
  • Data capture experience an advantage
  • Prior customer services training is desirable

 

4) Administrative Clerk

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including general office functions to ensure effective and efficient delivery.

Requirements:

  • Person with a disability
  • Grade 12
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good numeracy and administrative skills
  • Be able to perform under pressure and independently
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Valid Driver’s license
